The composition depicts the majestic nature of the Roman Empire and its powerful leaders, the magnificent architecture, soldiers saying goodbye to their families before going off to war, and an energetic ride through the fields of battle as the Roman Army surges forward and conquers everything in its path. Of Roman Times is a composition for Brass and Percussion which is inspired by Ancient Rome and the vast Empire which was built by its leaders. The composition begins with an energetic fanfare, reflecting the majestic nature of the Roman Empire and its powerful leaders.
