Cast in three continuous movements - Foyers, Cathedrals and Suncatchers - the piece was inspired by the beauty and color of stained glass and the various places you might find it. The publication received a makeover in the summer of 2010 with newly formatted parts, complete with proper page turns and cues. Stained Glass is a work for percussion ensemble inspired by the beauty and color of stained glass. The work is cast in three continuous movements. The first movement, Foyers, is so named because of its reference to the many variations of stained glass found in the entrances of dwellings. As doorways lead to the main living areas of homes, so does this movement serve as a sort of 'prelude' leading to the other two movements. The second movement bears the title Cathedrals and seeks to create the mysteriousness and grandeur of the many great cathedrals of the world which are laden with a multitude of stained glass. The final movement, Sun Catchers, begins joyously in the bright key of E major. If one can imagine all the radiant colors which are reflected by a variety of multicolored sun catchers, then a mind set for this movement can be achieved. Hrají ve třech nepřetržitých pohybů - předsíních, chrámy a suncatchers - kus byl inspirován krásou a barvy barevného skla a různých místech ji mohli najít. Publikace obdržel člověka v létě roku 2010 s nově formátovaných částí, kompletní s příslušnou stránku zatáček a podněty. Vitráže je práce pro soubor bicích nástrojů inspirován krásou a barvy barevného skla. Práce je obsazení ve třech nepřetržitých pohybů. První věta, Foyers, je tak pojmenovaný protože jeho vztahu k mnoha variantami barevného skla nalezených v vchody bytů. Jako vchody vedou do hlavní obytné prostory domů, tak se tento pohyb slouží jako jakési "předehra" vedoucí s dalšími dvěma pohyby. Druhá věta nese název Katedrály a snaží se vytvořit tajemnost a majestátnost z mnoha velkých katedrál na světě, které jsou naložené s množstvím vitráží. Závěrečná věta, Sun lapače, začne radostně v jasném tónině E dur. Pokud je možné si představit všechny ty zářivé barvy, které se odrážejí od různých pestrobarevných slunce lapače, pak mysl nastavit pro tento pohyb může být dosaženo.
