Published by Rosewood Publications (RW.RP-117).Beethoven's Serenade in D major for Violin, Viola and Cello, Op. 8 was written from 1796-97 and published in 1797 by Artaria in Vienna. The work contains six movements. Performance usually takes around 30-35 minutes. In 1803, Beethoven arranged it as Notturno for Viola and Piano in D major, Op. 42. In keeping with the spirit of arrangement, we are pleased to offer this as a wind trio.
